Refund Information

Registration Refund Policy for Spring League

Refunds will be issued only with written application by e-mail prior to May 1st.  Please include the player's name, mailing address, name for the cheque (if applicable), age level, team name and purpose of the withdrawal. Applications for refund are to be forwarded for processing to the Age Level Coordinators, listed under Club Contacts.  

Key dates:
  1. Refund requests prior to March 31 are subject to a $25 administration fee. 
  2. Refund requests between March 31 and April 30 are subject to a $25 administration fee AND the Field Hockey BC fees:
Junior Players Age 7 -10 fee $6 
Junior Players Age 11 -12 fee $15
Junior Players Age 13-18 fee $43 (includes $15 for Field Hockey Canada)

    3.NO refunds will be paid for players withdrawing after May 1st.
    4.NO refunds will be paid for players cancelling due to weather
    5.Donations will NOT be refunded unless specified in the refund request.

Refunds will be issued only with written application by e-mail prior to October 1st.   Please include the player's name, age level, program name and purpose of the withdrawal.  Applications for refund are to be forwarded to the Administrator at info@wvfhc.com . All refunds will be processed back to the credit card charged. 

Key dates:

  1. Refund requests prior to September 11th are subject to a $25 administration fee. 
  2. Refund requests between September 12th and September 30th are pro-rated based on number of sessions completed and  are subject to a $25 administration fee.
  3. NO refunds will be paid for players withdrawing after October 1st.
  4. No refunds will be paid for players cancelling due to weather.
  5. Donations will NOT be refunded unless specified in the refund request.
